Miners' Days

Throughout the year the Nederland Area Historical Society holds fundraisers to raise money for projects and educational/historical programs with the aim to preserve and share the history of the area.

The Society holds regular member meetings the First Tuesday of every month at 7pm at the Mining Museum in Nederland.

The largest event is the Annual Miner's Days held the last weekend in July. Mining competitions for all levels, gold panning and childrens events and an arts and crafts fair. Click here for more information. Attended by over 3,000 people it is a highlight of summer in Nederland.
